Our initial step was to thoroughly review the property’s features, amenities, location, and pricing, followed by a detailed market analysis. Given its convenient location and competitive pricing, we identified young families and frequent New York City commuters as the key target market. To boost visibility, we developed a media list that included Orange, Rockland, Westchester, and Dutchess Counties, as well as New York City. We then implemented a strategic, comprehensive branding, marketing, and advertising plan, which included:
