Years ago, The Orange County Partnership’s primary challenge was gaining visibility and engagement among a highly select group of commercial real estate brokers and site selectors within the New York Metro Area. The client needed a strategy that would push these professionals back into their office and drive significant interest and traffic to our offerings. Previous methods were becoming less effective, and the team at AJRoss realized the need for a more innovative approach that also kept up with emerging technologies such as geofencing, targeted industry sector professionals mixed with traditional materials.
